Refund & Return Policy
RETURNS
Our exchange policy only applies within 24 hours of receipt of items ordered. Items must be unopened and unused, and exchanges must be approved within 7 days of receipt of your order. To process an exchange, please send a detailed email of the reason for the exchange within 24 hours of receipt. An agent will confirm your request and review for approval. If request is approved, exchange will be shipped out within 5 working days of receipt of the returned item to be exchanged.
NO REFUNDS ON ANY ORDER (unless there is a manufacturing error or defect, see below).
If approved, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
In the event of a defective or damaged product, a refund may be approved with proof of factory defect within 7 days of receipt of the item.
If you are shipping an item or items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
